Compadres was born from a simple conviction: help works best when it is direct, transparent, and dignified.
Our story
Compadres was born in 2019 from a very human intuition: many people want to help, but they do not always know how to take the first step. The project exists to turn that impulse into concrete action.
Today the goal is for that effort not to depend on one person alone, but on a clearer, more transparent, and more sustainable structure: a bridge between people who want to help and communities that can grow through well-directed support.

The community decides, we accompany
We do not arrive with ready-made solutions. We arrive with questions. In each community, priorities are defined in assembly.
Our role is to connect resources, protect transparency, and accompany the process. But the compass is always set by the community.
We decide what our community needs. Compadres listens and accompanies us. That is what makes this organization different.
